PROVISIONAL MEMBERSHIP

  • Company Registration Agreement.
  •  Company Rent Agreement or Ownership Agreement.

Must get reference from One Existing Members

FULL MEMBERSHIP

  • Full membership is provided to those who meet all the membership criteria.

Becoming a AFEIC members means adding value to your business. AFEIC members are selected group of high profile agents in Pakistan working in education consulting industry for more than 5 years.

AFEIC conducts yearly evaluations of its members and they must renew their memberships annually by fulfilling the membership criteria.

In order to become a member of AFEIC, please download the member form from the AFEIC website, fill up the form and send it to afeic.pk@gmail.com  along with the following documents:

  1. Company Registration Certificate
  2. Tax registration paper/Tax clearance certificate
  3. Institution representation certificates (At least 2 from any country).
  4. Company profile.
  5. Company approval minute to become the member of AFEIC.
  6. Company Article of Association.
  7. Owner’s profile
  1. Must get reference from two existing members.
  2. Directors, shareholders must not be active members of any political organizations.

Suspension or Termination of The Membership

Membership of the existing members may be suspended or terminated if the members are found:

  • Making unethical practices like cheating students and providing false information to students.
  • Violating AFEIC Code of Conduct for ethical practices.
  • Violating AFEIC Code of Conduct for advertisements.
  • Not renewing the AFEIC membership on time and crossing the deadlines.
  • To be passive for a long time or shut down office or not recruiting students for abroad studies.
  • Settlement of disputes between members, concern students/institutes
  • AFEIC is biggest Association of Foreign Educational Immigration Consultants in Pakistan Five years old firms are members.
  • AFEIC has handled overseas Education and immigration in the most professional manner that client can imagine.
  • AFEIC is determined to enhance ethical standards of practices prevailing in Foreign Education market.

  • Our members have made student understand the basic requirements of studying abroad and help them to choose the right course and university/college accordingly.

Principals/Code of Conduct.

 

  • Members shall faithfully carry out the duties which they undertake, and shall have proper regard for the interests of those who seek their services.
  • Members shall Endeavour to contribute through their work to the promotion and advancement of the industry.
  • Members shall avoid actions and situations inconsistent with their legal or contractual obligations or likely to raise doubts about their integrity.
  • Members shall not maliciously Endeavour to discredit other members of AFEIC.
  • Members shall abide by this Code of Conduct and other Codes which may be promulgated from time to time by AFEIC Executive Committee.
  • Consultants practice responsible business ethics.
  • Consultants provide current, accurate and honest information in an ethical manner
  • Consultants develop transparent business relationships with students and providers through the use of written agreements
  • Consultants provide current and up-to-date information that enables international students to make informed choices when selecting which agent or consultant to employ.
  • Consultants act professionally.
  • Consultants work with destination countries and providers to raise ethical standards and best practic
  • Consultants shall act at all times in the best interest of student or prospective students as well as partner institutes.

Consultants shall promote themselves and their partner institutions fairly and without recourse to unfavorable or negative comparisons with other consultants and institutions or otherwise employ unfair on unprofessional practice to damage the interest of other consultants or institutions.
