Members Quality Assessment & Compliance Monitoring
AFEIC Pakistan is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and service quality within the overseas education industry. To ensure continued compliance with the association’s policies and standards, all members are subject to annual quality assessment and performance review procedures.
- Annual Membership Renewal
- All members are required to renew their AFEIC membership on an annual basis in accordance with the membership policies and eligibility criteria established by the association.
- Membership renewal is subject to compliance with AFEIC’s Code of Conduct, ethical standards, and operational requirements.
- Annual Quality Audit & Evaluation
- Each member organization shall undergo an annual assessment and review conducted by the Executive Committee or authorized representatives of AFEIC Pakistan.
- The purpose of the assessment is to evaluate the quality of services, professional practices, operational standards, and compliance with AFEIC membership criteria.
- Members are expected to maintain transparency, professionalism, and ethical conduct throughout their operations.
- Notification of Organizational Changes
- Members must immediately inform the AFEIC Secretariat of any significant organizational changes, including but not limited to:
- Change of office location
- Change of ownership, directors, or shareholders
- Changes in company registration or legal status
- Major operational or management changes
- Failure to notify such changes may affect membership standing and renewal eligibility.
- Advertising & Promotional Compliance
- AFEIC Pakistan reserves the right to review and monitor the advertising, promotional materials, and public communications of its members to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with ethical standards.
- Members may be advised to amend or remove any advertisement or promotional content deemed misleading, inaccurate, unethical, or damaging to the reputation of the industry.
- Misleading Advertisements & Ethical Violations
- In the event that misleading advertisements, false claims, or unethical promotional activities are identified, AFEIC Pakistan may issue a formal clarification notice to the concerned member organization.
- If the explanation or corrective action provided is found unsatisfactory, the matter may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
- Student & Institutional Complaints
- Any serious complaint submitted by students, parents, guardians, partner institutions, or stakeholders against a member organization shall be formally reviewed and investigated by AFEIC Pakistan.
- The association reserves the right to verify facts, request supporting documentation, and conduct inquiries where necessary.
- Disciplinary Action
- If any member is found guilty of misconduct, fraudulent practices, cheating, misrepresentation, or violation of AFEIC’s ethical standards, appropriate disciplinary action shall be taken.
- Such action may include:
- Written warnings
- Temporary suspension of membership
- Permanent termination of membership
- Public notification or disciplinary announcement where deemed necessary in accordance with association policies and applicable laws
- AFEIC Pakistan remains dedicated to protecting students, maintaining industry integrity, and promoting responsible and ethical international education consultancy practices throughout Pakistan.
